Request for TEAM-Math Sponsored Workshop

Workshops that are to be sponsored by TEAM-Math must be approved in advance

Please submit the following information at least four weeks in advance:

  1. Title of workshop
  2. Location
  3. Date and times
  4. Purpose/goals
  5. Agenda
  6. Proposed presenter, including contact information
We will inform you of whether the workshop has been approved as soon as possible.
If approved:
  1. The worskop will be added to the TEAM-Math calendar.
  2. The worskhop will be made available to teachers at other TEAM-Math schools.
  3. We will contact the presenter to set up the paperwork.
Upon completion of the workshop, the presenter must submit the following in order to be paid:
  1. A summary of what happened
  2. A roster of attendees
  3. Completed evaluation forms
