- Take Interstate 85 North to Exit #38 Make a right turn on Highway 81 Follow Highway 81 to West Montgomery Road ( Landmarks-McKenzie’s Funeral Home, City Police Department, Magnolia Haven Nursing Home, Midi-Mart) Make right turn at traffic light (Burger King will be on the left). You will be on West Montgomery Road.
- Follow West Montgomery Road to the second traffic light. Enter the Tuskegee University campus.
From Birmingham
- Follow Interstate 65 to Montgomery Take Interstate 85 North from Montgomery to Tuskegee
